2/21 - Energy Math Worksheet

Today we worked on the practice problems for a energy math worksheet. If you were absent, be sure to get the solutions from someone in class. Also, you were given a math worksheet. It will be due before the CH 16 test.

2/20 - Begin CH 15

Today, I passed out the CH 15 worksheets, and we began talking about oil.

2/15 - Finish Bioremediation Lab

Today we finished up the Bioremediation lab - it is due on Tuesday at the end of class.

2/13 - Vocab Quiz 11/20 and Worksheet due

Today was the vocab quiz on ch 11/20.

Then we worked on the worksheet for the rest of the period, the worksheets were due at the end of class.

2/12 - Finish up notes on CH 20

Today we finished up the notes on CH 20. Vocab quiz is tomorrow.

2/9 - Quiz on Ch 11

Today you had a quiz on CH 11, then we read through the regulations of pesticides.

2/8 - Finish up notes on Ch 11 and begin notes on Ch 20

Today we finished up the notes on Ch 11, then read through the case study of ch 20.

2/7 - Continue Ch 11 and Bioremediation Lab

Today we finished most of CH 11, focusing on types of diseases, how they spread in a population, and what people are most at risk. We will finish up the chapter tomorrow.

Then, we checked our bioremediation tubes, to see if the bacteria were working to break down the cellulose.

2/5 - Bioassay Lab due, quiz on Wastewater treatment

Today the bioassay labs from friday were due, then we had a quiz on wastewater treatment. We continued with Ch 11 in the notes, and learned about types of toxicity.

2/1 - Begin going over CH 11

Today we began learning about CH 11. We defined Risk, and the types of harmful substances. Then we focused on toxicity, and how to determine toxicity.

1/31 - Go over Wastewater treatment

Today we went over wastewater treament and sewage. You will have a quiz on this on MONDAY of next week.
