Today we went over wind power, and I passed around a compact fluorescent lightbulb. Then we reviewed what we have covered so far in CH 16. Then you were able to work on the math worksheet for the rest of the period.

Today we continued with Solar power, and reviewed the difference between active and passive heating, then we went through hydroelectric power.

Today we talked about the importance of energy efficiency and conservation: in transortation, insulation, and appliances, and began talking about solar power.
